Hi, we’re Kevin and Jill Koob—owners of Factory Direct Mattress and parents to two awesome kids, Charlie and Bennett.

Life for us revolves around family, sports, and our community. You can usually find us at a ball field, gym, or court somewhere, cheering our kids on. We love seeing them work hard, have fun, and grow through the sports they play.

We’re both proud to call this area home—Kevin grew up in Neloa, and Jill in Council Bluffs—and our roots run deep here. We know the value of small-town connections, hard work, and taking care of your neighbors—values we’ve carried into our business.
